For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of our products for a change of mind.
Please understand that we try our best to capture the true colour of our products but due to their reflective nature this is difficult. Colours can also look different on different screens. For these reasons we are not able to offer an exchange or refund if you are unhappy with your colour choice.
Once our stock is posted we are no longer responsible for any loss or damage. If you do not receive your item in the expected time frame please lodge an enquiry with our shipping provider, Australia Post.
If your item is faulty we are happy to provide a refund or exchange. Please contact us by email to arrange (email@example.com). Returns will only be accepted for up to 30 days after your order was placed.
